STUDENT BOOTHS: If you or your organization want to set up a booth, please complete the Craft/Game/Food
booth form below and send it in soon.
Helpful hint: Check with the booth chairman and see what other game and food booths
have been reserved.
Try to have something original so your chances of selling are better!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
The Fabulous 1890s Weekend is run totally by volunteers from the university and
town. If you or your organization can volunteer to help during the weekend, it will help
with the success of the event. We especially need volunteers to sell buttons at gates.
This is a great way to help fill community service time!

We also invite clubs and organizations to march in the Motorless Parade. There
are only two rules:
1. No motorized vehicles or units
2. Please dress in period costume even if it’s as simple as a white shirt and
derby or top hat for guys, or long skirt, white blouse and necklace for women. This helps
preserve the look and feel of the Victorian times that the Weekend celebrates!

This is an outdoor event held rain or shine. Set up time is Friday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. &
Saturday 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Craft booth rental fee is $25, payable from now until September 16.

Please keep in mind we are very safety conscious and that we have all age groups on the
park.

VENDOR PARKING RULES:
One space along the street per booth. All other vehicles must park across from Kelly
